All maintenance and repair requests are done via the tenant portal on our site. We have a list of vendors we use, or we can use a list you provide to us. We pay the property bill on the owners’ behalf and then deduct it from the following month’s rent, with receipt attached. Owners are notified of repairs and always have the option to choose another contractor of their choice, when applicable. We do not mark up any maintenance or repairs, nor do we receive monetary kickbacks for using anyone on our list.
