Our hands on approach to managing your home is the biggest asset to you, as the owner. Every three months we are physically in the home to change the filter and ensure compliance. We are reaching out regularly for birthdays, anniversaries and other life events. Simple gestures like that have been lost at the wayside in the modern world, but mean so much. Your tenants are thanked for renting with us, and treated as people should be treated. This gives us a great relationship with them, which in turn keeps communication open so they are comfortable reaching out with any concerns.
