Something that’s very important to us is physically stepping foot in rentals on a regular basis. This ensures better communication and relationships with tenants, better care of the home, and both myself and the tenants always knowing what is going on. We am in the home personally a minimum of every three months. We go in to switch out the air filter, (at owner’s expense) check compliance, and make sure tenants are enjoying their home. Between the three month checks we do periodic street view pop bys, just to make sure things are as they should be.
